Need to be able to sample grayscale in masks.
So I generated a nice mask using warp, gradients etc. and just need to blend it manually so it transitions nicely with a paint layer.
However you can't sample a mask?! In fact you can't even sample anything in the grayscale channel unless you're in a color channel?
Masks are the foundation of many workflows in Substance painter so we really should have easy ways to do things like this.
When the dev team goes to improve color sampling, please add features like this to mask sampling too.
Why not have an option to at least let the eye dropper sample the 3D view's currently shown channel or mask?
